(Lesson 1) How to Improvise Classical Music on the Piano – Chord Progressions


So I can’t really find many piano improvisation tutorials online, so I decided to make my own. I’m gearing these lessons towards piano players who have always enjoyed playing pieces on the piano, but are now ready to begin improvising and making up some of their own stuff. My goal is to offer a step-by-step, intuitive and helpful guide to pianists to learn to improvise. As I continue these lessons I may delve into other areas such as composing, music theory, and performance techniques, but improvisation will probably be my main focus.
